It was truly a hunt that I had witnessed.
The stress, the fear of death, the feeling of finality when the shot was fired—impossible to describe and at the same time so infinitely inhumane.
With the shot and this new insight into what had happened, I came back to reality.
The children were still there, and I now understood what had been holding them back for years. It is important to know that a promise between two people is binding. A promise is binding between the parties involved, not only in this world and in this life. Statements that are made in such a binding manner also remain valid in subsequent lives. This may sound romantic at first, based on promises such as “I will love you forever” or “I will always be by your side” or “I will always take care of you.”
But in fact, this is to be understood as a contract that cannot possibly be broken by only one party. This may sound beautiful and meaningful in this constellation, such as between two lovers. However, this relationship is unlikely to repeat itself in the same way and form in the next life. The parties involved are reborn together, but they have a completely different relationship with each other. However, the promise still stands and now makes it impossible for both of them to separate, for example. They always feel obligated to each other even though the nature of the relationship is toxic and harmful to both of them. Both would first have to “free themselves” from this past promise in order to go their separate ways.
This is what happened here: in their greatest hour of need, the people involved made a promise to each other: “I will take care of her,” and the man felt obliged to keep this promise even beyond death. Thus, he kept himself and his family members trapped in a vortex of repetitions of the cruel events.
He clung to his suffering, his perceived failure, his guilt, and made himself a prisoner. He could not free himself from this alone, as that would have meant breaking his promise. Detachment would only be possible with the other man.
I now recognized the tragedy behind what had happened and turned to my own deceased relatives, whom I can reach relatively easily. Like my deceased grandfather, who accompanies me, and told him about what I had seen. Unfortunately, I cannot describe it any better, but it was as if “something was set in motion.”
Energy began to move and transcend time and space: I felt the man with the mustache coming closer. Energies appeared that could not come before: they came to pick them up. My grandfather asked if I wanted to come with them, but I said no. I wanted to stay here in my bedroom with my children. But I was still shown part of what happened next.
They were all back in the forest, but this time a path through the trees appeared before them. The path led upwards, into infinity. The path ended in light, in a bright white light. They all walked, the man, the woman, up this path toward the light, the children dancing and jumping ahead. There were other energies there, people who had been waiting for them for a long time. When they all entered the light, it was as if my heart was exploding: I felt infinite love, gratitude, and forgiveness. These feelings were incomparable, they were pure and absolute. It was the love of God that I felt. It was an omnipresent love that can only bring about one thing: healing. Tears came to my eyes, because these feelings were nothing compared to the “human” experiences one can have in everyday life. The feeling of forgiveness in particular was all-encompassing. The guilt, the suffering, it was all over. They were free and they were finally home.
I also understood now that the man with the moustache had been waiting for them for a long time: he was the children’s father. From later research, I learned that he had managed to escape and leave Germany. He lived in the US until his death.
Now that they had gone into the light, I could perceive them better. Since then, they have been visiting me regularly. Once, I woke up at night and saw a small figure, a little shadow sitting in the middle of our bed. But this time, I wasn’t scared. The little shadow waved at me. At first, I couldn’t quite make sense of it and, above all, I couldn’t quite believe my eyes, but it continued to wave cheerfully. I waved back and the shadow disappeared. Perhaps for someone else, this would have been a good reason to run screaming from the room, but here too, energy is crucial: what energy does the apparition have? And this apparition had no threatening intentions whatsoever. It was no longer a stranger to me.
It was just a greeting from the other side.
