Terms & Conditions – Personal Prayer Service “Heal your spirit”

1. Service Description
1.1. The service includes the creation of a personal prayer based on the customer’s request.
1.2. Prayers are individually written according to the information provided by the customer.
1.3. The service is delivered in written form only (e.g., via email or download link).

2. Prices and Payment
2.1. The price for a personal prayer is:

• Germany: €20
• International: $22
  2.2. Payment is made via PayPal.Me.
  2.3. The service begins only after full payment has been received.

3. Liability
3.1. The service is intended solely for spiritual and personal purposes.
3.2. No guarantee is given for specific effects or outcomes.
3.3. The provider accepts no liability for actions or decisions made by the customer based on the prayer.

4. Cancellation / Refunds
4.1. Due to the individual creation of prayers, cancellation is excluded once the prayer has been created or sent.
4.2. Before creation, the customer may cancel the order; in that case, a full refund will be issued.

5. Privacy
5.1. Personal data provided by the customer (e.g., name, email, prayer request) will be used only for creating the prayer.
5.2. Data will not be shared with third parties.

6. Final Provisions
6.1. German law applies.
6.2. Should individual provisions of these Terms & Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
